Terms of Service

1. General Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Agreement") constitute an agreement between the user ("User" or "you") and SmallBIM Studio ("Company" or "we") for the use of the website pro.smallbimstudio.com and the Small BIM PRO software ("Service"). By accessing our Service, you agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety.

2. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate and current information when registering an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account.
• You must notify us immediately if you discover any unauthorized use of your account.
• One account is for one user only. Account sharing is prohibited.

3. Software License Rights

• Small BIM PRO is an add-in software for Autodesk Revit. All copyrights belong to SmallBIM Studio.
• A purchased license grants a right to use the software, not ownership of the software itself.
• One license may be used on the number of machines specified in the license details.
• Distribution, reproduction, modification, reverse engineering, or resale is prohibited.
• Trial licenses have a limited duration and may have restricted features.

4. Payment and Refund Policy

• Prices are displayed in Thai Baht (THB) and include VAT.
• Payments via bank transfer (PromptPay) take effect once verified and approved by an administrator.
• As the software is a digital product, refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis.
• If the software has defects that prevent it from functioning as described, you may request a refund within 7 days.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, code, graphics, logos, and components of Small BIM PRO are the intellectual property of SmallBIM Studio, protected under the copyright laws of Thailand. Reproduction, modification, or distribution without written permission is prohibited.

6. Usage Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Use the service for illegal or fraudulent purposes
• Attempt to access unauthorized systems or data
• Interfere with, damage, or place undue burden on servers or networks
• Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to access the service
• Share license keys or session data with third parties

7. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is." We do not warrant that the service will be error-free or operate continuously. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you have paid for the service.

8. Account Suspension and Termination

• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this Agreement.
• You may request account cancellation at any time by contacting us.
• Upon account cancellation, all license usage rights will be terminated.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on the website. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Thai courts.
